With the BBC, UniLad, Metro, and a host of overseas news broadcasters sharing our vacancy, we had an incredibly high standard of applicants.

We're buzzing to welcome Mike to our team.
With a background of working in kitchens and a real foodie, Mike's experience of cooking with wood fired burners and well versed palette made him the perfect candidate for the role.
